Temecula Lavender Co.

Livin’ la Vida Lavender…

I got my fix of all things lavender yesterday at Temecula Lavender Co., a one stop shop for natural, handcrafted lavender products for bath, body and home…

At the insistence of my cousin, the Lavender Co. was to be our first pit stop during our day trip to good Old Town Temecula. As I walked inside, I immediately understood my cousin’s mad love for this store. Right away, the sweet smell of the aromatic herb filled my nose as my eyes began to wander…

Fresh lavender bunches grown from the owners small lavender farm located in the Temecula Wine Country surrounded me as I perused. I felt so aromatically enlightened!

Being a fan of all things organic, I was pleased to discover that no artificial colorants, perfumes or harsh preservatives were used in the crafting of any of their products. Organic products are so important to me! Your skin is the largest and fastest growing organ on your body and ingests everything that you apply topically. This includes, lotions, shampoos, perfume, makeup, etc! I strive to use quality organic, chemical-free body products for this reason.

Aside from bath and body products, the store boasts a nice selection of lavender stationary, literature and culinary products. Lavender pepper and lavender syrup were two that caught my eye. Jasmine pancakes, anyone?

Bottom line, if you weren’t a huge fan of the herb, expect to leave the Lavender Co. as a newfound lavender enthusiast!
